The Hints & Tips series consist of 3 booklets, designed to guide the ostomist from the operation through the first months and beyond and to help them adapt to their new life with a stoma. Each booklet is dedicated to a particular stoma – Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy.

 

The booklets contain a compilation of hints & tips from the “University of Life” – experiences from ostomists themselves and health care professionals – from daily stoma care to travel, food management, sex and relationships, and much more.
